Life lies in sports American studies say insisting on exercise is the secret of longevity

[Global Network Comprehensive Report] Is it a waste of effort to do sports? Don't be so pessimistic! French BFM TV quoted a report published in the medical magazine "JAMA Network Open", saying that it is not too late to exercise at any age, and the habit of developing exercise in middle age can also help to prolong life and reduce early. The risk of death.
Researchers from the American Cancer Institute, Newcastle University in the United Kingdom, and York University in Canada invited 315,000 middle-aged and elderly people between the ages of 50 and 71 to participate in tests to record their daily activities.
By observing the age differences, frequency of exercise, and health status among the experimental individuals, the researchers concluded that the key to exercising longevity is persistence.
Suppose a person develops a habit of exercise from the age of 20, but he gives up after a few years, so the positive impact of previous exercise on health accumulation can only be gradually cleared.
The study also came to an unexpected conclusion that even if people start exercising in middle age, the risk of premature death is almost the same as the effect of consistent exercise.
The British "Guardian" also said that those who started exercising in their 40s and 50s, who persisted for 7 hours a week, could even reduce their risk of premature death by 35%, and their chances of developing cancer and cardiovascular disease were also reduced.
Of course, this is not to suggest that everyone wait for the older age to start exercising again. Experts encourage people of all ages to develop a good habit of exercising. After all, "life is in motion."
