Exercises

To reduce the risk of developing illness during sedentary work, regularly do special exercises. They can be performed without leaving your workplace:
1.     Press the back firmly against the chair. Perform head rotation first to the left, and then to the right for 1 minute;
2.     The starting position is the same. Hands forward. Do cruciform jerking with your hands. Do 10 times;
3.     Slightly set aside the chair from the table. Rotate the housing. Put your hands on your hips. Do 5 times in each of the parties;
4.     Put your hands in front of you. Shake vigorously with brushes;
5.     Sit upright, holding on to a chair seat. Raise your legs alternately;
6.     Stand against the wall. Make sure that the back of the head, shoulder blades, and buttock are pressed to the surface. Slowly go down and then rise. Repeat 2-3 times.
To reduce the risk of developing dangerous diseases with a sedentary lifestyle, you should eat properly, excluding fatty foods from the diet. Walk before and after work. Every day, start exercising or jogging. For this you need only 15-20 minutes. Exercise complete with a contrast shower.
On weekends, moving more is recommended. Take a bike trip or take a walk in the park.

During the day, do not miss the opportunity to stand or walk. In this case, you will maintain your health for a long time.
