Why does fitness lead to weight gain?

Recently, the French media "Médiste" reported that a study published by the British "Daily Mail" published by Loughborough University in the United Kingdom showed that physical exercise caused some people to gain weight.

The researchers invited 40 volunteers to investigate and asked them to perform at least 3 aerobic exercises a week.
During these weeks of exercise, the researchers recorded the volunteers' diet and found that after the exercise, the volunteers increased the calorie by about 150, or even increased the chocolate and candy by 20%.
In, especially in female participants. Specifically, volunteers will increase their food intake by 24% after exercise.
Researchers say that if people want to eat after the end of the sport, it is because they think it is a reward.

There is nothing wrong with this idea. Can anyone say that they have never been tempted by dessert after jogging?
In the subconscious, we often say to ourselves: “Try to reward”, but this kind of behavior will greatly reduce the positive effects of sports.
Researchers believe that the solution is to combine physical exercise with a relatively healthy diet.
The energy consumed by exercise exceeds the energy intake of the diet, so that the effect of weight loss can be achieved.
