What Controls the formation of Fitness?

Pneumatic devices:

The organs of the body are made up of the heart, lungs and blood. These devices need oxygen to perform their functions.

Energy is the body's ability to use oxygen as an energy source. It gives us the energy and the capacity to do activities for as long as possible.

Muscle strength and endurance:

Strength is the greatest effort muscle can make. The ability to endure is the ability of the body to continue to move and activity continuously without feeling tired. Strength and endurance are essential for body and muscle fitness. Without this fitness you will not be able to do any activity or movement.

Flexibility:

The ability to tighten the muscles of the body or flexibility called the flexibility of the body. Flexibility in joints and muscles can limit the area of your movements and make you more prone to injury.

You should be able to at least pull your arm forward 90 degrees away from the body, and be able to move the elbow joints enough to be able to put your hands on your shoulder.

Body composition:

The amount of fat in the body is the fourth element that determines the level of physical fitness for each individual. Excessive
calories are stored in the form of fat. As our age passes we become less active and the metabolic rate begins to decline.

At 70, we need 15 percent less calories than we need at age 20.
Overweight causes excess pressure on the bones, ligaments and muscle tissues that carry fat. Keeping your body weight keeps your body from carrying this extra weight, making you feel easily in motion and doing different activities.
